This is our first print run, so we're planning for a longer window: please allow up to 3–4 weeks from purchase to delivery.
We expect to beat that in most cases, but we'd rather set the right expectation than promise a date we can't guarantee on a first batch. You'll get the tracking number and courier details by email/SMS as soon as it ships.
Refunds & returns
Probable Cause is a limited first print run, so we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
If your order doesn't reach you because of something on our end — lost in transit, damaged in our handling, or it never ships — you're entitled to a full refund to your original payment method. Write to us and we'll sort it out.
