The idea

Every player has a hidden Life total, known only to them. Attack it right, they take damage. Attack it wrong, it backfires on you. As players take damage, their cards flip face-up for good — the game starts as a pure guess and gets easier to read as information leaks out. Last player with any face-down cards left wins.

Before any round starts

Every player takes 5 Number cards face-down as their Life Row, and a starting hand of 4 Action cards. That's the full setup — only then does round 1 begin.

The four actions — pick one each round

Attack
Bet on a target's hidden total. Right → they flip a card. Wrong → you do.
Guard
Blocks one incoming Attack against you this round.
Read
Privately peek at one face-down card of a target.
Swap
Blind-trade one Action card with a target — affects next round only.

Each round, in order

  1. Refill — draw back up to 4 cards.
  2. Choose secretly — everyone picks a card & target at once.
  3. Reveal together — all cards flip face-up at the same time.
  4. Swaps resolve first, then Reads, then Attacks.
  5. Check eliminations — all 5 cards face-up means you're out.

Winning

Once all 5 of your Life cards are face-up, you're out. The last player with any face-down cards left wins.
